We target 45 minutes across most of our service area. It depends on where you are and what's going on that day, but we move quickly. Water damage is one of those things where every hour you wait means more to fix later.
Should I turn off my water before you arrive?
Yes, if you can find your main shutoff and get to it safely. If you can't find it or aren't sure, don't stress, we'll handle it when we get there.
Will my homeowner's insurance pay for this?
